What starches are allowed on Phase 2?
You have 2 choices:
Grissini - a long thin bread stick - not a brand name, a bread stick type. Find out what it looks like online here or here.
Grissini bread sticks have olive oil in them. There is now a recipe for them in the recipe file, with the calorie count.
Melba Toast - Best choice - Old London Brand - Classic.
Might be available at your 99¢ store, Big Lots, local grocery store in the international isle or bread/cracker isle. Can't find them - ask your grocer or buy online.
Amount: 2 pieces per day, one per meal. Max calories 22 - 25 per piece. No sesame seed.
